Changing your accounts to Royal Depository Bank is easy. Simply fill in your details and we’ll get in touch about options that suit you.
If you’d like us to, we can also get in touch with your current bank to arrange for everything to be closed and transferred, so you don’t have to.
Step 1: We’ll contact you to discuss what you need.
Step 2: When you’ve decided what suits you, we’ll get you to complete an application form. You’ll need to return this with ID and proof of residential address.
Step 3: We'll open your new account and send you confirmation, as well as your new Cashflow or Visa Debit card (if you need one).
Step 4: When your accounts have been fully switched, we’ll give you a call.

You’re ready to go! Don’t forget to tell people who pay you your new account number, such as employers or buyers on Trade Me.
